1 ripe avocado
1 apple
1 inch peeled fresh ginger
1 lime (skin removed)
1 handful of spinach 1/2 a handful of fresh corriander (cilantro) 2 cups coconut water


Wash and chop all infredients and place in a blender with the coconut water. Blend until creamy and smooth.
